Today, I introduced a general interest thread on TheStarWarsRP.Com letting people know that I'll be introducing the Ophuchi Clan into the role-play. I tried to do this about a year ago, but it lacked direction so I dropped it. That's no longer the case, and I intend to do it for real now.
So far, the only Ophuchi character who has been introduced is Elias, who I established in the second draft of Star Wars: Episode I - The Chosen One as the founder of the Ophuchi Clan—though he was only mentioned in passing. He brings together a number of descendants of the Order of the Jedi Bendu sometime between 12,977 BBY and 12,973 BBY, a little over 2,000 years after the great schism that tore the Jedi Bendu apart.
I'm really looking forward to this story. Aside from a few vague ideas, there's no telling where this could go, and it's going to be fun to explore how this group came together so long before Annikin Skywalker was even born. It'll be nice to see how the Ophuchi were before Sarus became a fanatical zealot.
