Stavan Jetzt was the Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic circa 3,930 BBY. He was a soldier in the Republic military, during which time he was held by the Sith as a prisoner of war. Jetzt later presided over the Republic during the Great Territorial War, which started after he dispatched a team of Jedi to the Uvena system to learn about Sith connections to a civil war.
