Planets, also called worlds, were celestial bodies that orbited stars, were not stars or moons, and often sustained life, both intelligent and otherwise. Examples of planets included the desert worlds Halm and Tatooine, lush worlds such as Alderaan and Utapau, and city-worlds such as Coruscant.
