Jar Binks
Jar Binks was the Crowned Prince of the Gungan Empire during the Invasion of Utapau. He traveled with Obi-Wan Kenobi and Jard Dooku as they rescued Queen Sabé Arcadia, and he was stranded on Tatooine along with them.[1]
