Ajunta Pall was a Jedi Master who fell to the dark side of the Force and became the first Dark Lord of the Sith.[1] As a Jedi, the High Council declared him a pawn of the dark side,[2] and he was exiled from the Jedi Order. He and his Dark Jedi followers formed the First Sith Empire on Korriban. After his death, Pall was interred in a tomb in the Valley of the Dark Lords.[1]
Thousands of years later, during the Jedi Civil War, Pall's tomb was excavated by the Second Sith Empire. It was not fully explored, however, as Uthar Wynn, the Head Master of Korriban's Sith Academy, chose to use the tomb as a means of testing Sith students. Under the guise of a Sith pupil, the redeemed Dark Lord Revan explored the tomb and discovered the Force ghost of Ajunta Pall, whose spirit remained behind in the tomb. Revan was able to redeem Pall’s spirit,[1] and the ancient Sith Lord found peace within the Force.[3]
