The Order of the Whills is founded on Ashlan Four |

The year 99,945 before the Battle of Yavin (BBY) was a span of time in the earliest known recorded history of the galaxy.[3] As foreseen in the prophecy of Michael,[4] Matthew of Skywalker led the Order of the Jedi Bendu to Brodo Asogi where they located the Whills, a species of "great wisdom." The Jedi Bendu led the Whills to the pocket dimension Ashlan Four where the Whills and the Jedi Bendu constructed a monastery for the newly formed Order of the Whills.[3] This monastery, and the time stream near it,[4] was to be used by the Whills to record the history of the galaxy into the Journal of the Whills, which the prophecy said was the destiny of the Whills. The Jedi Bendu had no further contact with the Whills,[3] who recorded history until at least 4 ABY.[4]
