Death of Darth Bane[3] |
The year 980 before the Battle of Yavin (BBY) was a period of time shortly after the end of the New Sith Wars and the enactment of the Ruusan Reformations. During this time, Darth Bane continued to lead the Order of the Sith Lords under the guidance of his Rule of Two, until he was killed by his apprentice, Darth Zannah. Upon Bane's death, Zannah became Dark Lord, with Darth Cognus as her apprentice.[3]
